If you’ve changed your mind or simply your Cateye product just isn’t right for you, you can return to us within 30 days of receipt.
Whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging) and, if you wish to return anything that it reaches us in perfect condition. Where an item has a hangtags attached, it must still be attached upon return via our portal UK only.
What does my order status mean
When an online order is accepted, it goes through several status changes during the delivery journey.
Order Received
Your order has been successfully placed.
Order Processing
Your order is being prepared and packed.
Order Complete
Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse the courier has collected from us and it is on its way to you.
Delivered
Your order has reached its destination.
I want to change my delivery address, can I do this
Please note once an order has been placed the delivery address cannot be changed/amended.
What are your shipping policies
Orders are processed and shipped, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered in the UK and 5-10 working days on international orders. Shipping times are estimates.
Can I cancel my order/amend my order once placed
Once your order has been Placed, we're unable to cancel or amend any orders, but orders can be returned for a refund using returns service with 30 days of receipt once received using our returns portal
UK Standard*
£3.95 - Standard Delivery provides delivery within 3-5 working days, for orders under £50.
FREE - Standard Delivery provides delivery within 3-5 working days, for orders over £50
Express Delivery*
£5.95 - Express UK Delivery provides delivery within 1-2 working days, for orders placed before 3pm.
**Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. Most of our UK orders are sent with Evri, your Shipped email will contain the tracking details usually sent within 1 business day can vary in busy periods.
Do you offer Free Shipping
We provide free standard shipping on any order over £50
From time to time, we also offer Free Shipping specials, these will be displayed on the website when the promotion is live.
Can I order to multiple addresses
We can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time.
How to track my order
We will email you to the email address your order confirmation has been sent to when your order has been dispatched with a link to track your order. This can take 1-2 business days.
