If you’ve changed your mind or simply your Cateye product just isn’t right for you, you can return to us within 30 days of receipt.
Whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging) and, if you wish to return anything that it reaches us in perfect condition. Where an item has a hangtags attached, it must still be attached upon return via our portal UK only.
What should I do if I have received a faulty or damaged item
If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team on our contact form HERE and provide your order number and details of the fault or damage. Please keep any images to support your claim. This needs to be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Once we have received your query, our Customer Service team will be able to further assist you.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
If you believe you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team within 5 days so we can resolve the issue. We kindly as you to provide as much information as possible when getting in touch.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase
Currently, we do not match prices on any products. Sorry for the inconvenience.
What happens if I don't like my items, or they don't fit
No problem. Just send the item back to us and we will give you a refund/exchange. Please go to our return portal and your return/exchange will be actioned if within 30 days of purchase.
Can I exchange an item

Where can I track the status of my return
You will receive an email when your return has been refunded, please keep a record of your returns tracking number and you can track your return.
Can I change / amend my order after it's been placed
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to make any changes to an order after if it has been placed as this goes straight through to our warehouse and is dispatched immediately.
